Waterboyz WARRIORS IN TRAINING (WIT)
Dear Boyz,
We were born into a war with a real enemy who REALLY wants to take us out! God presents himself as a warrior and tells us to put on the whole armor of God. Our mission is the help ordinary men get positioned to be transformed into mighty warriors in the Kingdom. Mighty warriors who know how to use their shields (defense) and their swords (offense). How is your training going?
Last Saturday the Waterboyz were privileged to be part of a Father-Son Conference in partnership with First Missionary Baptist and New Dimension Worship Center. Forty-five fathers brought sons who were under the age of 18 and were joined by over a hundred additional men (a total of over 200 men) as they were challenged to rise up and engage.
Part of the ‘ask’ for the day was to sign up for a 4 week discipleship course as men of valor. Doug Clarke identified three areas that the enemy has success building strongholds in men – 1) Purity 2) Maturity 3) Father wounds. If you didn’t get a chance to sign up at the conference or feel convicted you need to engage or reengage then sign up BELOW.
We will NOT drift into the Kingdom! We will not barely arrive at the pearly gates! The battle will rage step by step and day by day. We fight from victory not towards victory BUT it is a battle. Will you join me?
